Midwest Diesel Repair Inc. located at 1009, Wellings Road, Regina, SK is currently looking an Office Manager/Administrator. Candidates to have university degree/college diploma and minimum of one year experience working in same occupation or related field. Pay will be $25 - $27 per hour depending on experience and skills. Over time will paid time and half. This is a full-time job position for 40 hours per week. We will also consider candidates who wish to work part-time for this position. Duties include the following:
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate and implement new procedures
- Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed
- Carry out administrative activities
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, compliance and certification
- Conduct analyses and oversee administrative operations related to budgeting, financial information, contracting and management processes
- Prepare operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
- Conduct internal control procedures
