Description

We are looking for a cook to join our team.  Trigo is a new restaurant located in the small town of Lafleche.  We offer home-style food in an upscale environment.  You would be responsible for menu creation, ordering stock, inventory control, cooking and all aspects of running your own kitchen.  This would be a great opportunity for someone who is driven and has passion for the food and hospitality industry.  Experience and related Culinary education would be an asset but not entirely necessary.  Attitude and passion are key traits we are looking for.  Please have a look at our Facebook and Instagram accounts for some pictures and details of our food.  We are looking to grow and expand our restaurant and are looking for the right candidate to grow with us.
