Manitou custom seed cleaning is a locally owned business at Young, 15 mins northwest of Watrous, SK. The business cleans grains for local farmers and oversea market.
Responsibilities
Seed cleaning plant operations
Maintenance/cleaning of the plant in a timely manner
Minor troubleshooting and repairs as required
Keep record of products being received, processed and shipped
Qualifications
Be able to follow both oral & written instructions.
Be willing to learn and adapt to the operating processes.
Be able to or show a mechanical adeptness.
Not allergic to grain dust
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Reliable Vehicle to get to and from work
Experience with grain cleaning plants is preferred but not essential. Asset: Ag experience, forklift experience,1A license
Extended hours may be requested during the peak seasons.
