Description

The Residential Care Worker is accountable to the Residential Manager.  Their responsibility is to provide a safe, healthy, home-like atmosphere in a residential setting.  They are to provide supervision, support, and guidance in a way that regards each resident in the home as an individual with different needs.  It is their role to assist each resident to develop skills to live as independently as possible, and to live within the community. Three part/time positions are available.
1) Sat & Sun: 5p-9p Total: 8hrs/week
2) Tues-Fri: 3p-9p  Sat: 10a-2p  Total: 28 hrs/week
3)*Parts of this position can be modified to fit with another PT position, additional hours available to work on an as needed basis
Sat & Sun: 9a-3p  Total: 12 hrs/week
