Seeking an administrative assistant to help manage my business.
As a local REALTOR with Century 21 Accord Realty in Swift Current I am looking for someone to help with various tasks.
Tasks including but not limited to:
-Social Media management and marketing
-Data Input
-event coordination
-data tracking
-creating market pieces and campaigns
-website design, landing pages, property websites
-open house planning, set up and take down
-client and lead follow up involving email, text and phone calls.
The successful applicant will have experience in many of these fields or willing to be trained. They must work well on their own. They will have a clean criminal record(must be provided prior to employment) This job will also involve a non disclosure and do not compete(real estate only).
This position will be flexible in terms of being able to do some of the work from your own home for part of the work. Most, if not all of these tasks can be performed during evenings or weekends and can be worked around another job.
Having your own vehicle would be an asset and your own cell phone is a must.
Willing to train the right candidate. Hours to start will be approx 5-10 hours per week, but could easily become more hours as systems are developed and put in place.
