The Director of Customer Support Manufactured Products is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction for all Brandt Industries product lines by ensuring that world class parts and service support is in place. For Brandt Engineering Services and Brandt Agricultural Products, strategic plans and processes must be developed and implemented to support the dealer network, who in turn provides front line support to the customer. For Brandt Engineered Products and Brandt Road Rail, specific strategic plans and processes must be developed to support customers directly. This includes responsibility for driving parts and service profitability as well as establishing product warranty and other reimbursement policies. The Director provides guidance to field staff to manage dealer and customer relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
Understanding of Customer Support processes.
Knowledge of dealer practices.
Knowledge of products, customers, markets and competitors.
Knowledge of business policies and procedures.
Customer support experience with customer interaction regarding products, parts, and services.
Experience in field sales and/or product support experience.
Factory experience interfacing regularly with, design, engineering, and manufacturing.
Practical experience with machinery and equipment.
Degree in a Business/Management, Engineering/Technology, Agriculture Marketing or equivalent experience.
Skills in general management.
Skills in interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Supervisory experience, which includes placement, work direction, coaching, and performance management.
