We're looking for a Sales Agronomist to join our team who is a collaborative, proactive relationship builder with a passion for helping local farmers succeed. This Sales Agronomist role is not traditional in the sense that your focus will not be narrowed to production responsibilities, your insights and opinions will be heard and applied influencing the direction of Condie Seed.
How you'll spend your time:
- Make genetic recommendations to achieve greater ROI for our customers
- Keeping up-to-date on industry trends to have proactive advice-based conversations, fueled by a passion to improve the well-being of our customers
- Marketing yourself to build your book of business in the agriculture community
Who we're looking for:
- A self starter with a Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, with a minimum of 5 years industry experience
- Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) designation would be considered an asset
- Applicants must be registered or need to become registered with the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists as defined by The Agrologists Act
- A collaborator who strongly believes in the sales process, focusing on our customers success and providing timely service
- An energized individual who develops, fosters, and retains relationships with businesses and centers of influence
