Determine staffing requirements
    Selects quality associates by effectively recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
    Trains and develops associates to become productive sales associates and promotable candidates
    Manage staff and assign duties
    Provide world class customer service by building quality relationships with customer
    Following up on all customer requests in a timely manner
    Managerial responsibilities such as coaching, scheduling hours, and running the store  
    Accountable for inventory and merchandising of products
    Analyze key financial metrics to identify and maximize sales
    Responsible for driving sales while assisting store management in day-to-day store operations
    Maintains store operations standards by ensuring accurate, timely processes of policies and procedures.
