I am looking for a Mother's helper to come in Monday to Friday from about 6 am to 9 am to help me get my son off to school until such a time he can handle the morning routine. He is 6 and has Autism. I also have a 3 year old son who would need care at times. A successful applicant would have experience working with people with special needs, be physically fit and able to run, have extreme patience, ability to be extra vigilant about safety, and ability to cope with a high stress environment, a calm yet assertive disposition and most of all have a positive attitude. Duties include but are not limited to: Helping prepare meals, tidy messes, therapeutic restraint, and basic childcare duties.
