We are looking for dynamic bilingual technical support representatives (English/French) for one of our call centre clients. These roles are permanent full time work from home and are scheduled to start from Sep 24 and Oct 15. There will be a mandatory 6 weeks paid training (including weekends).

What you bring?
-Minimum High School Diploma or equivalence
-Must have availability: 9:00am to 9:30pm EST, including weekends and statutory holidays
-At least one year of experience in customer service
-Intermediate knowledge of personal computers, mobile devices, accessories, operating systems, software and computer technology terminology
-Excellent written and oral proficiency in French and English
-Minimum 35 WPM, all while speaking with customers
As this role is working from home, you'd need to have the below at least 7 days prior to start of your training - Service Internet - Minimum 10.0 Mbps download speed (no wireless or satellite internet); Basic Telephone; A traditional analog telephone line (POTS Line); Wired Telephone Headset that plugs directly into the base of your telephone; Noise-reducing Microphones and Headphones with microphone (used in training) and A separated and closed workspace, free from distraction in your home.
NOTE: This position does not work well as a second job and should be considered your primary job.
