Description

As part of the Client Success Team at GasBuddy, you will work closely with the product, sales, product marketing, and operations teams. Your focus will be on client retention, increasing account value, and turning clients into advocates.

As a Client Success Manager you will be responsible for helping clients achieve success on the products they purchase. This includes ensuring they have a great experience during onboarding, effective training, creating a plan to help them meet their goals, analyzing results, and providing feedback to various internal teams to enhance the client relationship.

Requirements:

- Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent
- 2-4 years of customer service/project coordination experience
- Able and willing to travel to the US

Skills Required:

- Proactive - Ability to use data and analytics to make decisions on how to move accounts forward.
- Success oriented - Ability to understand how goals can be translated into metrics and communicated with clients to ensure success.  
- Excellent communication skills
Sales or consultative experience - Ability to understand the larger picture and take action to enhance relationships and processes.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Great at problem solving
- Strong team player

Role Responsibilities:

- Launch clients on multiple GasBuddy products
- Coordinate with various teams and customers on project/feature implementations
- Turn customers into advocates
- Increase customer retention
- Optimize customer lifecycle
- Manage customer support
- Up-sell / cross-sell products and features
- Increase customer lifetime value
- Monitor product usage
- Track success metrics

Nice to Haves:

- Strong technology background is an asset
- Familiar with project management software
