Haztech currently has an opening for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team on a full-time basis. Applicants must have some administrative experience and be willing to work in a fast paced work environment.

POSITION
The duties of the Administrative Assistant will include providing administrative support to our head office in Regina through a variety of tasks. Applicants should have the ability to communicate effectively both via phone and email and will have to be organized and task orientated.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Book travel arrangements
-Act as the initial point of contact for internal and external clients
-Submit and reconcile internal reporting
-Provide general support to visitors
-Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
-Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
-Minimum of 1 year experience as an administrative assistant or office assistant
-Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc)
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
