ESTI is looking for a Project Manager to join the Saskatoon team!
The Project Manager role is focused on satisfying customer outcomes and creating effective solutions. The Project Manager is responsible for managing both client projects and internal projects. The desired outcome for the Project Manager is to create satisfied clients and build strong and lasting relationships with current and new clients. Project Managers at ESTI are able to build their own competencies, using industry best practices as a guideline, and increase their knowledge in the industry.
You will create and manage project plans
Schedule tasks and manage deliverables
Assist in managing team resources (both client and ESTI)
Identify and manage risks during the project implementation
Perform Change Management for the project
Manage procurement activities
Work with the sales, design and implementation teams
Provide support for team members during projects
Manage and utilize applicable methodologies
Create and maintain supporting documentation
Manage costs and budgets associated with each project
Manage changes to project and scope
Have strong writing skills, and be able to articulate ideas with accuracy
Be able to listen attentively and draw important information out of others, and communicate a specific message
Provide a high quality of customer service through communication and delivery of the project
Be able to provide and develop appropriate documentation to track progress
Manage schedules and a variety of tasks effectively
PMP Certification will be considered an asset
Familiarity with project management will be considered an asset
Introductory IT industry experience recommended
Customer service related experience will be considered an asset.
