Description

We are procuring the position of COOK for one of the many restaurants we assist in finding workers. You must have previous experience in a commercial restaurant setting. (MINIMUM ONE FULL YEAR FULL-TIME OR MORE)

Cook Duties perform some or all of the following duties but are not limited to:
    Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
    Prepare and cook special meals for individuals with allergies or food restrictions
    Oversee kitchen operations
    Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
    Clean kitchen and work area, keeping the area sanitized and food-safe at all times
    May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
    Cooks may specialize in preparing and cooking ethnic cuisine or special dishes.

Employment requirements
    Completion of secondary school is usually required.
    A minimum of one full years experience as a cook.
    Must be in Canada to apply
