Description

INFO Immigration Centre for Application (IICA) is recruiting an enthusiastic cook for one of many restaurants we find food workers for.  
Job duties responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
Prepare and create wide variety of products according to the stores specification
Modify recipe to customer needs. Alter food preparations for customers with allergies and special needs
Create a daily preparation list of food to indicate levels on hand and amounts required.
Conduct physical count of food inventory to ensure supply last
Help to control food costs by ensuring proper proportioning and preventive maintenance of kitchen equipment
Adhere to food and hygiene regulations and standards
Cleans and organize all areas of the kitchen to ensure food safety and uphold a clean image  
Cooperate with a team of cooks by effectively communicating and supporting one another
Requirements:
Minimum one year full time or more of high volume kitchen experience
Can read, write and speak English
Hardworking and organized
Must be in Canada
