On behalf of our client, a reputable, dynamic, local professional organization, we are pleased to present an exciting full time Office Coordinator opportunity.
Reporting to the Executive Director (ED), this position is responsible for ensuring coordinated, efficient daily office administration and operations. This position provides comprehensive organizational and administrative support to the ED, Executive Council, and committees.
The Office Coordinator supports the ED and serves as administrator for various projects, including annual renewals, a bursary program, special committees, and most importantly, the annual conference.
This is a full time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm role. $20.00-23.00/hr., depending on experience.
Role Requirements:
5-6 years administrative experience
Proven event planning proficiencies
Excellent organization and coordination skills
Energetic, able to follow directions
