Complete Food Safe training and maintain compliance throughout the shiF.
Set up breakfast counter to plan.
Prepare the meals offering as trained
Insure quality and quan'ty of food is maintained throughout the breakfast period.
Clear the dinning area in a timely manner for other diners
Assist guests as requested
Insure sufficient supplies on hand for the next meal service
Complete other duties as assigned
