Description

The Key Auto Group (based in Yorkton Sk and Swan River MB), is looking to expand its executive team to include a Controller.  

A dynamic and growing company, the Key Auto Group prides itself  in offering a work  culture that values excellent customer service, continuous learning, teamwork, and safety.

Working closely with the Management team, the Controller will be responsible for managing the annual operating budget and quarterly estimates, and contribute to the development of the multi-year plan and rolling forecasts; providing management decision support through divisional analyses, asset management as well as ongoing analysis of key performance indicators; and reviewing and creating monthly financial reporting, annotate budget vs. actual variances.

The ideal candidate will have Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.  The candidate will have experience with:
-    Cost accounting: unit pricing, incremental cost, breakeven analysis, activity based costing, fixed and variable costs, overhead allocation, labor job costing, labor utilization, etc.
-     Excellent business/financial systems and project management skills;
-    Strong presentation skills;
-    Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
-     Advanced Excel skills and strong working knowledge of Quorum.
