- Coordinate activities of general farm workers
- Ensure farm safety protocols are adhered to
- Carrying out planting, seeding and harvesting operations
- Establish and maintain equipment and building maintenance schedules
- Ensuring bins and augers are logistically ready throughout the year for inventory movement
- General Farm duties as required
