We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of permanent full time NOC:6314Customer Accounts Supervisor.
Duties: (not limited to)
1. Have good behavior at workplace
2. Co-ordinate and review the work of customer service clerk
3. Assign daily tasks and prepare work schedules
5. Develop and maintain effective organization and delegation of work, facilitating recruitment and training as needed
6. Mentor, develop, and guide clerk to provide efficient support/service to field teams and customers.
7. Implement performance improvement or corrective actions as required.
8. Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
9. Order and purchase SPA accessories and suppliers
10. Set, track and report on sales objectives
12. Manage the customer service team to efficiently handle contacts across email, phone, chat, text and in person
13. Go above and beyond customers expectations by helping resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
14. Ensure smooth operation of computer systems
15. Arrange for the maintenance and repair work of SPA machines and equipment
16. Manage important reviews and feedback from all channels and collect customer input and hence to have corrective actions accordingly
17. Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

19. Arrange and assist in customer service clerks interview as need
20. Other duties assigned
Candidates Requirements:
1) University Certificate Education
2) At least 5-6 years related customer service experience REQUIRED.
3) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
