Our client has an immediate full-time permanent opportunity available for a Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
Accountable for employee experience services across various geographical areas
Responsible for leading the HR teams in unionized environments
Responsible for handling grievances, arbitrations and collective bargaining negotiations
Successful deployment of employee experience and employee relations services
Work with global leadership teams to support strategy
Provide feedback into services priorities to ensure market adoption
Ensure application of standard policies
Provide input into the appropriate blend of internally sourced service delivery versus vendor sourced delivery
CPHR designation required
Leadership experience in staffing, onboarding, local training delivery, performance management, employee engagement, and recognition programs
Strong Union exposure required
Over 8 years of experience with handling grievances, arbitrations and collective bargaining negotiations.
