Description

Busy Medical Clinic located in Stonebridge seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to fill the position of Medical Office Assistant. This is a one year term which could lead to a permanent full time position. Candidates must have the ability to prioritize, manage time effectively and efficiently and be flexible in a very busy work environment

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 12:15 pm to 8:30 pm and Friday from 9:15 am to 5:30 pm. With all weekends and stat holidays off.

Medical Office Assistant Certificate is preferred; however, candidates with equivalent experience in a medical office will be considered.  Minimum typing speed of 55 wpm required. As we are a paperless office using the Accuro program, experience with Accuro or another Electronic Medical Records program would be an asset.
