We are seeking a janitor for our busy mixed veterinary practice.
Duties include: unpacking daily orders, restocking shelves, walking dogs, cleaning kennels, feeding cats/dogs, laundry, maintaining clinic cleanliness.
Other duties may include: assisting with animal restraint/procedures.
* Must be able to lift 50lbs daily*

Specific Maintenance Activities
- Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
- Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
- Perform routine maintenance jobs and repairs
- Empty waste containers
- Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures
- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling and ventilation systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on appliances
- Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
- Paint
- Water and tend to plants
- Work with minimal supervision
