Meridian Manufacturing Reginais currently seeking a Service and Warranty Coordinator. We are looking for an outgoing, personable candidate preferably with experience in the agriculture industry. Experience with warranty claims is an asset!
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate service work with our customers and other departments (as required).
Respond to customer calls, requests and service inquiries.
Manage day to day paperwork and electronic documenting in accordance with Meridian processes and quality standards.
Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years experience, ideally in the agriculture industry. Farming background considered an asset.
Must have experience with warranty claims.
Must have outstanding interpersonal, teamwork and customer service skills.
Excellent time management and organization skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment meeting deadlines and multiple priorities.
Highly motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn Meridian systems.
