FTE: .75 (4.8 hours/day)

Hours of Work: 10:02 a.m. - 3:39 p.m.

Start Date:  October 9, 2018
End Date:   December 21, 2018 with the possiblity of an extensionDuties:
In addition to those duties outlined in the job description, duties include supporting students with diverse needs and/or high behavioural needs

Qualifications:
A minimum of a Grade 12 diploma from a recognized educational institution as approved by the Board of Education or General Educational Development (GED) is required
A minimum requirement of one (1) year post-secondary training related to student needs such as Educational Assistant, Early Childhood Development, Youth Worker or Rehabilitation Worker is required.  Such training must be from a recognized educational institution as approved by the Board of Education
A valid driver's license is required
Physical Requirements:
The ability to do heavy work is required in some assignments (ie; exerting up to 100 lbs of force occasionally, up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to lift students and/or move objects)

Wage & Benefits:
In accordance with the current CUPE Local 5512 Collective Bargaining Agreement.  Currently, this is a range of $18.11 to $21.54 per hour.
