Job Summary:
The Senior OD Consultant consults, researches, designs and facilitates implementation of systems and strategies that advance people and organizational development and capabilities towards the achievement of WCBs mission, vision and objectives.

She/he works in partnership with HR Services and the business to assess organizational development opportunities, and facilitate the identification and implementation of new ideas and practice opportunities at a team or corporate level that enable and support the desired culture and the achievement of organizational strategy and objectives.
