Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking a National Customer Care Manager to join our team.
The primary objective of this role is to develop strategies and tactical operations plans required to expand the breadth and quality of service and support to Crestline's customer base with the goal of reducing warranty and support costs and increasing after-sales service, parts support revenue and profitability. This includes working closely with members of the Crestline Leadership Team and others as necessary to ensure alignment of Customer Service goals and objectives with the overall goals and objectives of the company.
The successful candidate will have:
Minimum 3 to 5 years in a Supervisory/Manager role leading direct reports
Experience developing and growing an after-sales support capability for a vehicle and/or equipment manufacturer is preferred
Previous Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility and accountability is preferred
Customer Service and Parts Sales experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with enterprise software managing business operations and customer relations
Experience in processing sales orders and warranty claims is essential
Experience troubleshooting vehicle mechanical/electrical faults and problems is an asset
Must have a Valid Passport, which will be required for travel
Bilingual (English and French) is an asset
