Description

Crestline Coach Ltd. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer-CNC Programmer.

Some of the key activities of this role include:

CNC Programming
Manufacturing Engineering

Technical Skills/Competencies:
-Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
-Proficient in G-code and M-code programming
-Minimum of three years experience as a CNC Programmer programming with 2D/3D CAM/CAD software for multi-axis machining 2D & 3D projects, 3-Axis CNC Routing, and CNC Bending Machines.
-Minimum of five years experience with a manufacturing company, preferably in a manufacturing support or problem-solving role
-Practical experience in CAD/CAM software including: Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD and SigmaNEST, metal manufacturing, design for manufacturing and practical fabrication is an asset
-Experience setting up and troubleshooting CNC machines
-Knowledge in sheet metal bending with understanding of bend allowance/tooling
-Knowledge of simple jigs and fixtures design
-Experience with Project Management is an asset
-Proficient in MS Office suite
-Understanding of Lean Manufacturing is an asset
-Experience with composite manufacturing is an asset
