We are looking for a passionate legal administration assistant to work with a growing immigration consulting firm. This position will be perfect for a student who is studying in a similar field and wanting to gain experience, as it is a part-time position.
Duties will include, but not limited to :
Schedule and book appointments with clients and employers.
Monitor and respond to Facebook/ Social Media posts.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Prepare, key in edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures and reports.
Open and distribute electronic mail.
File government documents
Monitor application deadlines
Respond to e-mail queries.
Draft legal correspodence and perform general office clerical duties.
