Description

Yardi Canada is looking for a motivated individual to join the team in Saskatoon providing live chat support.  By combining your accounting and customer service knowledge, you will provide professional support to our property management customers via live chat. You will identify, research and resolve technical and application issues and most importantly, foster strong client relationships with a high level of customer service.
Our ideal candidate has:
    Customer Service and Accounting experience
    Ability to learn new technologies and processes
    Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
    Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
    Accounting, Facilities Maintenance, &/or Property Management experience
