Denson Commercial Food Equipment is looking for an Territory Sales Representative to join our team at our Regina location.

We are looking for an outgoing, tenacious sales professional with a commitment to providing service excellence. You have a passion for people and ensuring our customers have everything they need to make their business successful. You approach what you do with a high attention to detail and hit the ground running. You thrive in a fast-paced, target driven environment and enjoy working in partnership with a diverse team of people to deliver the best possible results. In short, you are the consummate sales pro who doesn't wait for sales to come but goes and gets them.

Your key accountabilities will include but are not limited to:

* Obtain new customers through cold calling and understanding of the food industry;
* Expand existing sales by understanding each of our customers unique needs by asking quality questions and doing research;
* Grow business profitability by keeping customers in-terms and maximizing gross margin;
* Work with manager to set ambitious sales goals, with clear strategies to achieve them;
* Constant communication with all other departments including Customer Service, Warehouse and Projects to ensure accurate, quality, on-time deliveries of large equipment to customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
* Outside Sales Experience, Preferably Business-to-Business would be an asset
* Foodservice experience an asset;
* Highly motivated, independent go-getter;
* Tenacious, persistent, problem-solver who is not deterred by failure or rejection;
* Infectious positive attitude, enthusiastic people-person;
* A self motivated "Hunter" who thrives in a commission based environment and is able to self manage and establish a sales plan.

Preference given to individuals with some University/College courses, especially in business of to existing industry professionals.
