We are currently recruiting for a full-time Territory Manager for South East Saskatchewan. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for sales & customer account relationships, which have a huge impact on our business.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Promote sales within your region
Consult with customers &identify products & solutions to suit customers needs
Provide after sales support & service with the support of other Can-Seed members
Achieve & exceed stated quarterly and yearly sales goals in your assigned territory
Maintain current product knowledge of all equipment, parts, & services available to customers
Prepare sales plans & daily call reports
Develop new accounts while maintaining past accounts
Educate customers about equipment through demonstrations
Influence customers by addressing current & future needs
Engage with dealership personnel in completing a sale, answering customer account questions, & ensuring customer account needs are met
Provide value to customers by developing solutions that save time, reduce risk, & increase profits
Attend applicable sales training events
Employee must adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety Standards as the company is committed to the protection and wellness of its employees
Perform other duties as required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Post-secondary education is preferred in business or mechanical trade
Must demonstrate an understanding of farming practices in Western Canada
Processing and/or agricultural industry experience is preferred
Outstanding relationship management & networking skills
Proven leadership, people development, & coaching capability
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to solve problems independently & as a team
Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to use Microsoft products & Sales Force
Must maintain a clean & valid drivers license
