The Administrative Assistant is a part-time permanent position, providing support to the Office Manager and administrative team. The Administrator Assistant will have proficient experience operating Microsoft Work, Excel, Outlook, etc. Working in the environment of HR and Safety, this role will be responsible for maintaining a professional presence in the quality of documents and integrity of information. The Administrative Assistant will coordinate completion of required duties on a priority basis determined through communications with the Office Manager and Partners.
Tasks:
Maintain/manage current and accurate information in databases and reports;
Perform regular audits of information;
Generate a multitude of reports;
Support Safety Program;
Create/edit letters, forms, manuals;
Maintain Processes and Procedures;
Filing, scanning, archiving;
Support/coverage when other administrators are out of office;
Other duties as advised by Partners or Office Manager from time to time
