Visionpool Business Services is hiring a BUSINESS ANALYST to work in on a pension project.  

The Business Analyst serves as the communication bridge between non-technical business users & technical solution developers. The successful candidate will have in-depth of knowledge of business analysis processes including knowledge of methodology, tools, & techniques.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
    Conduct business requirements gathering & develop detailed specifications
    Liaison between business users & technical team members
    Produce quality working systems including the planning, design, & implementation of the systems      
    Ensure high quality applications are released                  
    Effectively estimating business analysis efforts

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Degree in Computer Science or Business Admin
    Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst in the Pension environment  specifically DEFINED CONTRIBUTION  experience
    CBAP Certification would be considered an asset
    Excellent written & verbal communication skills
    Excellent client service skills
    Strong time management skills
    Exceptional interpersonal skills
