Redhead Equipment has an exciting career opportunity for a Human Resources Advisor based out of our state of the art Regina head office.
Description:
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this generalist position will provide expertise and support in the area of Recruitment and Selection as well as all other facets of Human Resources.
The primary responsibilities of this position will include:
- Analyzing corporate-wide staffing needs and maintaining an accurate listing of job vacancies
- Sourcing and qualifying candidates; including pre-screening, conducting interviews, and performing background checks
- Providing direction in the areas of employee relations and engagement
- Acting as a resource for employee benefits and other company programs
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of employee performance management plans
- Supporting Training and Development, Health and Safety, and other Company initiatives, as required
The ideal candidate will be a highly organized multi-tasker with related experience. Excellent interpersonal skills are fundamental to this role. Preference will be given to candidates with experience or an educational background in Human Resource Management.
Some intermittent travel will be required.
