CNH Industrial Saskatoon is currently recruiting for day and evening shift temporary Forklift Operators at our New Holland, manufacturing plant. These positions are for approximately 3 to 4 months.
Main Function
This positions main function is to perform all related forklift operations in a manufacturing environment and other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
To relocate, renovate, and setup manufacturing workstations and equipment.
Operate a variety of material handling equipment including gasoline, diesel and propane-powered forklifts to transport raw material and finished products.
Perform related paperwork duties to assure completeness and accuracy of part delivery.
Deliver parts to production work center as per schedule.
Participate in product line change-overs.
To work in conjunction with defined production work areas to ensure overall customer satisfaction
Operate a wide variety of material handling equipment, including hoists or any other form of handling equipment.
Qualifications
Grade 12 Diploma or GED Equivalency
Strong organizational skills, extremely self-motivated
Good communication skills; both verbally and written.
A current class 5 drivers license
Preference will be given to those with forklift certification
Be able to work with minimal supervision.
