The Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority is seeking an individual with senior executive administrative experience for the position of Executive Administrative Assistant/Registrar.
Reporting to the Chair of the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Licensing Commission, the Executive Administrative Assistant/Registrar will provide superior administrative support to the Chair and Commission members, demonstrating a commitment to service excellence. This position provides efficient and effective executive administrative support as well as manages the operations of the Commission/Registrars office. This position will manage a wide range of highly confidential verbal and written information on a regular basis, and coordinate, monitor and track submissions. The Executive Administrative Assistant/Registrar will review information and prepare reports, code expenses, generate statistics and correspondence. With superior organizational skills, the position will be responsible for organizing monthly Commission hearings, venue, hotel and travel arrangements. The individual must be able to work independently, showing initiative and leadership, and participate as a team member.
This is a part-time position and the individual will typically work 12 hours per week, however, on occasion may be required to work additional hours.
