1. Manage Sales Professionals, including motivating Sales Teams to become highly productive in a professional environment.
2. Provide Sales team with proper training regarding sales techniques, legal requirements, and company products, policies, and procedures.
3. Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
4. Leverage existing customer relationships to identify new value chain opportunities for the company which benefit the customers bottom line.
5. Solid understanding of financial and operational reporting.
6. Conduct weekly sales meetings, projections and targets.
7. Ability to motivate individuals with excellent communication skills, incredible relationship-building abilities, and a natural talent to lead.
8. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our companys relationship with them.
9. Minimum of 3-5 years of Sales Management experience preferred.
10.Industry experience is preferred.
