Description

Deveraux Developments and its related group companies are involved in the development, construction and management of properties and multi-unit residential complexes. Based in Regina with ongoing projects in Winnipeg, Deveraux offers clients a wide range of construction services and builds projects of varying complexities, designs and sizes.

The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team. The Project Coordinator will be based in Regina and is responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of a Project Manager (PM).

Responsibilities and Duties

Assist Project Manager and corporate team in development of project plans that align scope, time, budget, quality, resources and risk
Assist with all Project Manager needs throughout the Projects
Participate in the preparation of various reports for the PM
Be highly organized and consistent in all tasks
Assist in the development and implementation of policies and processes in the field
Create and track construction documents such as RFIs, Change Orders, T+M Sheets etc.
Consistent daily updating of Project Changes
Ability to read blueprints and project specifications
Participate in project meetings
Ability to balance multiple projects of varying size and coordination requirements
Prepare all necessary closeout documentation

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 5 years of related experience in residential and commercial construction
Technical diploma in an appropriate construction-related field would be considered an asset
Excellent communication, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent Microsoft Software skills and strong aptitude to learn new software
Must have a valid Driver's License
Ability to work independently and with limited supervision
Solutions oriented
Have a high level attention to detail
