Perform maintenance, must have experience in carpentry, minor plumbing, minor electrical, some drywall repair, painting, grounds maintenance and janitorial duties at a number of locations within City.

- Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
- Remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse

- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling and ventilation systems
