Description

Gabriel Dumont Institute Training & Employment (GDI T&E) is currently looking to fill an Apprentice Plumber position which has been made available with one of our employer partners.

GDI T&E partners with employers across Saskatchewan willing to hire and train Aboriginal apprentices (Metis, First Nations, Non-Status, Inuit) through our Aboriginal Apprenticeship Project.

Education and pre-hire requirements:

- Construction Experience (0-6 months)
- Grade 12
- WHMIS 2015, Fall Protection, Arial Lifts, Confined Space
- Valid Drivers License / current record check

Required tools:

- CSA Steel toe boots

- Must be Aboriginal to qualify (Metis, First Nations, Non-Status, Inuit)

- Must reside in Saskatchewan
