Job Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills
Perform diagnostics and carry out repair strategy as outlined by Apple
Familiarity with how to use Apple systems and devices
Enjoys working as a team member of a dynamic service team
Comfortable with using tools and equipment needed to carry out iOS repairs on the iPhone
Required Experience:
No experience necessary. iOS Apple Service Certification is a benefit, but we will provide on the job training to the right candidate.
