Description

Working as the Senior Analyst, Compensation & Benefits, you will analyze, evaluate, develop and administer any combination of the Corporation's compensation, job evaluation, pension, benefit and performance management programs.

Core Responsibilities
Lead and administer the job evaluation process.  
Provide expertise and support for job description development and maintenance.
Lead and administer the annual total rewards planning process.  
Provide analysis, calculation and consultation for salary recommendations for new hires, promotions and other salary changes.
Provide research, analysis, recommendations and development of total rewards programs and plans.
Develop reports, policies, procedures and presentations as well as provide advice and informational communications that assist the company in achieving strategic goals.

Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Social Sciences.  A human resources certification would be considered an asset.  
4 - 6 years of experience in a Human Resources environment working with compensation and job evaluation processes, data administration and analysis (preferably in human resource information systems) and a working knowledge of human resources programs.  Advanced Excel experience would be considered an asset.
An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
