Working as a Human Resources Data Analyst, you will provide confidential administration, analytical support, reporting and research of employee data and the Corporation's benefits programs.
Core Responsibilities
Provide administration of data in a human resource information systems (HRIS) by maintaining employee files and sending notifications to the Payroll department.
Administer the Corporate benefit programs and plans, including communicating benefit eligibility and providing guidance and assistance to employees on policies and procedures.
Design, develop and deliver communications, information sessions and presentations related to total rewards.
Lead and coordinate on-going maintenance and audit of HRIS data.
Develop and document HRIS procedures and reports and provide related training to end-users.
Provide functional input and testing for on-going systems upgrades and enhancements.
Provide HRIS data expertise and ad hoc reporting.
Provide research, analytical and administrative assistance for various compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Social Sciences. A human resources certification would be considered an asset.
3 4 years of experience working with data administration and analysis (preferably in human resource information systems) and a working knowledge of human resources programs. Advanced Excel experience would be considered an asset.
An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered.
