This positions primary purpose is to provide general office administration, centralized RESP administration support and supports deposit products referred through the various credit union programs.
The Administrator, RESP supports the overall efficiency of department general administration by providing high quality administrative support to co-workers as required, maintaining RESP department business standards and providing suggestions for the improvement of business processes. This position will also provide administrative support of general office functions and services including handling of incoming/outgoing mail, fax, and Secure File Exchange, filing department documentation and record maintenance, and supply ordering and inventory.
This position is also responsible to support the department in the effective delivery of RESP administration services for various programs by timely and accurate data entry of RESP documentation in compliance with policies, legislative requirements and internal procedures, and reviewing, handling and/or distributing various reporting or department mailbox requests. The Administrator, RESP assists in training and supporting co-workers on product knowledge, review of documentation and processing transactions to internal data system.
