Run routes to cover sick days, vacation routes, and holiday routes. Perform all responsibilities of RSR position. Ensure customer loyalty with outstanding customer service. Build relationships with customers. Manage customer needs. Proactively resolve concerns in cooperation with Service Department Management. Ensure timely deliveries of complete loads. Pick up all soiled linen and maintain proper inventories in accounts. Service All Fresh and facility maintenance products. Complete general route responsibilities. Handle and process customer payments. Verify quit employees, change orders, and credits. Drive the delivery truck on a daily route safely. Maintain vehicle cleanliness. Complete weekly vehicle inspections.
