Description

The Client Service Assistant will act as the primary contact point of the company, providing the support that allows the rest of the team to function effectively.  Working in coordination with the clients and the professions, the Client Service Assistant provides a wide range of support services.

Duties:
    Serve as critical liaison between clients and the professions (consultant, accountant and other third parties)
    Schedule meetings and assist with preparation for upcoming appointments
    Build and maintain relationships with clients and meet with them occasionally to complete applications or service paperwork
    Organization and on-going maintenance of client files, documents and materials
    Coordinate, attend, and take notes for clients meetings
    Provide a high level of communication and service delivery, responding in a timely manner to staff and clients
    Miscellaneous ongoing duties related to processing and service, along with occasional special requests
Requirement:
    High school diploma or equivalent required. College or University degree is preferred.
    ** Bilingual is a STRONG plus (English and Chinese), majority of our clients are mandarin speaking
    Outstanding organizational and planning skills, including attention to detail
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet multiple project deadlines
    Flexible and quickly able to adapt to changing priorities
    Personally motivated, high energy output; proven self-starter with a positive can-do
