Position Summary: Reporting to the Retail Events Coordinator, a Santas Wonderland Elf will work within a team to create a world class Santas Wonderland experience. Elves will greet and engage customers during photos and throughout the daily crafts and other activities. Daytime and Evening/weekend positions are available.
Position Responsibilities:
Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers
Assists with the execution of all major promotional events, including taking photos of Santa, ensure crowd control and line movement with a positive and cheerful demeanor
Assists with the sales of promotional photo packages
Fosters goodwill for the Cabelas and Bass Pro Shops Brand in the local community
Keeps work area clean, neat and safe at all times, including assisting in the daily set up and tidy of events and crafts
Follows all company policies and procedures
Other duties, assignments and responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Conservation and outdoor experience/appreciation desired
Public speaking ability is preferred
Good planning and organizational skills
Ability to function in a Microsoft Office environment
Enjoys working with children
Values the traditions of Christmas
