Position Summary: Reporting to the Retail Events Coordinator, a Santa will work within a team to create a world class Santas Wonderland experience. Santas will greet and engage customers during photos and throughout the daily crafts and other activities. Daytime and Evening/weekend positions are available.
Position Responsibilities:
Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers
Assists with the execution of all major promotional events, including partaking in the photos through interaction with all customers while exuding a positive and cheerful demeanor
Fosters goodwill for the Cabelas and Bass Pro Shops Brand in the local community
Follows all company policies and procedures
Other duties, assignments and responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Conservation and outdoor experience/appreciation desired
Public speaking ability is preferred
Enjoys working with children
Values the traditions of Christmas
