The Pediatric Administrator/Receptionist is the last person the parent and patient have contact with when leaving the clinic. The Pediatric Administrator should make the visit to the dentist end on a positive note by settling the parents account and book the follow-up appointment promptly.
Dealing with insurance and payments in a dental office is an asset.
